Virtual Machine – Call Recorder System
Versadial Call Recording Package can be installed in a Virtual machine environment
Our call recording software is designed to install in a virtual machine environment, so you can easily provision the proper resources to start recording your calls without building a dedicated PC server.
VOIP/ROIP ONLY
For a VM environment, we can only record VoIP or RoIP lines. To record analog or digital lines requires a physical card, thus, a VM environment will not work due to the difficulty in sharing our specialized recording cards for analog and digital lines. Please review our complete system or KIT option if you need to record this line type.
SUPPORTED VIRTUAL MACHINE PLATFORMS
Versadial will support a variety of VM platforms: VMWare, Citrix Hypervisor (formerly Xenserver), MS Hyper-V Server, ESX-Server, VirtualBox, Oracle VM, and more.
