I wanted to let you know about the excellent customer service & support I received from Micah Clarke. We updated the Versadial & Adutante software on our call recorder, deciding to do it ourselves, but just had one or two hiccups. Micah was able to help us fix it and get back to business. He explains things clear and is able to answer all my questions. I just wanted to let you know that I feel he is a valuable asset to your department & company.
