It is well worth the money to have a service contract – The Versadial system works great, and hardly ever needs attention. The only disadvantage of this is that you forget how to navigate around the menus since you never need to log into it. The support folks are great and make short work of correcting issues. They go out of there way to make sure everything is correct.
