Tools and Utilities Call Recording Record analog, digital PBX exten- sions, ISDN BRI/PRI, E1,T1,VoIP, and SIP trunk lines. We support Cisco, Avaya, Panasonic, Shoretel, Mitel, Nortel, Skype for Business (MS Lync ), NEC, and many other PBX manufacturers. Our solution is used across a myriad of industries and business sizes from a from a small police department to an airport dispatches center. Standard Features: Live monitoring, Fast recall search, playback, book- mark, extract,download to wav, email, notes, and more. Live Monitoring Live monitoring allows users to see what channels are currently active. Lines, either standard audio or radio lines, clearly indicate when an active call is on the line. Selecting the active line allows you to listen to both parties on the phone. The call is near real time, with a slight audio delay. If recording on the exten- sion side, you will know the agents name when listening. If available, the caller id or dialed number will also ap- pear. Fast and Instant Recall Fast recall feature allows users to quickly find recent recordings to replay (within last 24 hours ). This is a com- monly requested and used feature by emergency response, security, and law enforcement users. Instant recall is commonly used by surveillance professionals. With in- stant recall, users can quickly freeze and replay the last minute of the monitored communication. This allows users to easily obtain any information or details that was missed or requires verification. Mixed Playback Incident re-creation is an important feature for most security and public safety industries. With VSLogger, we provide a simple Mixed playback op- tion, that allows users to add multiple channels together to provide a real- time playback of a specific event. Additionally, we provide a visual call timeline-view. This view allows a user to see all call and radio activity during the day in a a graphical timeline form. Selecting a recording timeline block begins playing the audio just like standard search and playback. Telephonic Signature Third Party Verification Recorder accepts the call, begins recording and optionally appends a sequentially generated verification number to the recording. Recording ends when the caller hangs up, or when caller presses a specific key on the phone. Can optionally require an ID and passcode to enable recording. Id will be attached to recording. Feature can be used to report an inci- dent, make a document request (e.g. court order), make a notice or leave a message for specific topic. (User can allocate dedicated line or extension for specific topics.) Evidence Protection (CRC), Encryption & Archiving With CRC (embedded into record- ings), recordings can be played back and shown to be tamper free. Allowing you to use recordings for evidence or legal documentation. With built in auto-archiving, recordings and data can be stored indefinitely to a connected NAS drive or off-site facility. Optional Vaults and encryption feature allows recordings being stored under strict security protocols to limit play- back only to authorized users.
