adutanteh5-call-recordingIrvine, California, September 4th, 2015 – Versadial Solutions; an industry leading Call Recording Solution Provider has released Call Recording Software: AdutanteH5, version 1.6.3.  This new release provides agents to notify their current status and managers to quickly view their team’s performance.

“We wanted to provide an easy tool and convenient way for agents on the floor to notify their supervisors about their current status” stated Versadial CEO Gene Shennikov.  “By utilizing our Desktop Assistant application, agents can quickly select their current status, such as In, Out, On Break, or On Project. This status is then relayed to the recorder and the supervisor or manager can quickly look at their dashboard to see who is active on the floor and who is on break.”

The new dashboard view in Adutante H5 1.6.3 displays Agent Summary and Team Performance views. Expanding these views provides a detailed look at the current agents on the phone and their overall performance. Utilizing the Desktop Assistant application, the managers are able to see the number of agents on break or active on a call. The status of the agent is used when calculating their individual on call ratio and overall team on call ratio.
