With an updated version of the Desktop Assistant, call center agents given proper permissions can now pause, mute, start recording, flag and add notes to a live call. This tiny application can be installed on the Agent’s PC and be associated with the recorded phone line (recorded channel).

“Desktop Assistant will open the door for a number of additional features that we plan on adding this year.” stated CEO Gene Shennikov. “It provides a highly desired feature for individual call center agents, but it will also allow us to better integrate between the recording server, quality control, management and the agent. Providing a complete 360 degree interaction with employees and management, and ensure productivity and communication continuously improve within the company.”

Currently under development and utilizing Desktop Assistant is the ability to gather agent status details and daily statistics to be pushed out to the agents screen to keep them motivated and aware of individual progress.

In addition, Versadial will be revamping their screen capture technology and implementing it with AdutanteH5 and Desktop Assistant. The updated Desktop Assistant is the first step into moving towards a much more robust and tightly integrated screen capture solution.

AdutanteH5 1.6.2 works with our award winning VSLogger Server technology and can record on a variety of lines such as:  Analog, proprietary digital PBX, T1/E1, ISDN, PRI and VoIP lines.  AdutanteH5 can also be integrated with many PBX manufactures such as:  Cisco, Avaya, ShoreTel, Mitel, Toshiba, NEC, Nortel and Microsoft Lync.
