Versadial Solutions launches new interactive visual recording Timeline View for their call recording software. With the new VSLogger 4.7.2, an enhanced visual view allows managers to see a graphical representation of their agents call volume and activity for the day.

Irvine, California – October 7th, 2016 – Versadial Solutions, an industry leading call recording solution provider, has released VSLogger 4.7.2 with enhanced features.

Timeline View is a new graphical layout that provides a visual representation of call activity in a chronological order. This new interactive timeline view allows managers to quickly piece together and visually see agent activity and call data. In an ever expanding visual world, the once data table driven call volume and activity is now displayed in a timeline format to provide managers or users to click and interact on calls throughout the day. The graphical representation clearly distinguishes the call volume leaders within an organization. Additionally, the gaps in conversations allow managers to spot trending dead times or trending active times.


“In addition to our interactive timeline view for calls, 4.7.2 adds a ton of playback features for our standard media play.” said Corey Tolmasoff, Marketing Director at Versadial Solutions. “We noticed a burden between the costs of hiring more ears to listen to calls and the cost of implementing speech analytics. To improve the efficiency and time to listen to calls we implemented a playback speed feature. Instead of listening to calls at a standard speed, users can increase it to 1.5x or 2x and still be able to quickly listen to calls and catch any issues” added Corey. “A manager can now listen to double the amount of calls in the same time, and still have the ability to spot any issues that may arise.”
