Smart Phone Overload. How do you choose just one?

Last Updated on December 14, 2020

In the next few months several smart phones will be released: iPhone 5, Motorola Droid RAZR Maxx HD, and the Nokia Windows 8 phone.  This has absolutely got to be the best list of smart phones in the past decade and I am not sure which one will make the bigger splash.

Phone VS Phone

The iPhone 5 is going to be reliable, fast, clean user interface, and most importantly come with 4g.  Motorola’s Droid RAZR Maxx will have the fastest processing speed, bigger display screen, longer battery life and come with 4g as well.  The new Nokia Windows 8 phone will be able to take amazing photos, update your personal and business life instantly, and will come with a wireless charging station.

So which phone will it be; The iPhone 5, RAZR Maxx HD, or the Nokia Windows phone?  It is hard to say which phone will be the best phone on the market, but it is much easier to say which phone will be the most popular.  It seems that smart phone users purchase mainly on:

  1. Popularity
  2. Looks
  3. User interface
  4. and lastly functionality

So which phone should you purchase?  The safe purchase would be to go with the iPhone 5 as it will be the most reliable, but limit you technically; the RAZR will be a technical marvel, but will not be as reliable; and the Nokia has nothing but promise to both have functionality and reliability.

Is it a Popularity contest? Some suggest it is. It is predicted the iPhone 5 will be the clear winner in sales as people choose to purchase the phone for its popularity and not its functionality, the RAZR Maxx will be second in the race, however, the RAZR is the clear winner in functionality, and last but still in the running, the Nokia Windows 8 phone; which may be a bigger surprise than expected.
