Versadial call recorder allows managers to Flag, add a Note and Search by notes in Recorded Calls.
How do you flag a call recording?
When you log into the Versadial System, you immediately see recorded channels (extensions or trunks recorded by your system). This is the Live Monitoring section. To flag a call, simply click on the recording’s Channel button. The Record Control panel will appear. You may then click the Flag button to flag the recording.
You may change the flag by clicking on the drop down on the far right.
You can flag the call recording using a red flag or any color you may want to choose and your management may decide what those flags mean.
So maybe there is a dispute and you want to signify that with a red flag. You would choose the red flag and click the submit button.
You may now sort those recordings by flag color. As you can see from the image below, all of the red flags came up together.
How do you add a Note/Comment to a Call recording?
You also have the ability to add a note to the recording. Simply, return to the Record Control panel and click on the note button.
The Note Editor will appear and you may enter your note and click the Submit button to save the note.
How do you find a call recording by a Note/Comment?
Where that is beneficial, is under the Advanced Filters. On the far left, you may click on the Advanced Filters menu. From here, you may filter recordings by Caller ID, Dialed Number, Note, etc.
You may choose Note in the selection, enter the word “Dispute” in the field and click on the Add button.
Now that the search criteria have been set, you may now click on the Search button.
Now only the recordings with the note “Dispute” will be displayed so you can find those recordings with that note quickly and easily.
