Thank you Versadial for the quick response. I called our rep Sean who immediately transferred me to someone in Support. The Rep dialed into our pc and walked me through adding new channels. He also advised me of better ways to use the software to its full capabilities and even typed in some notes for me to follow. Great knowledgeable service, awesome product.
