Some of our clients in 911 emergency dispatch or public safety industries need to have a quick and easy way to recall the last few seconds of a phone call. When taking an emergency call verifying information can sometimes mean the difference between life and death.

With VSLogger (our call recording software), operators can click the instant recall feature to listen to the last few seconds of a live call. This allows the 911 operator to verify important information and relay that information to emergency units.

Most of the time, the 911 operator needs to use a different phone or radio to dispatch units to the scene. This creates two separate recordings, but by using our mixed playback feature, the call can be played continuously.
