I would like to take a moment to thank you and the entire staff at Vesadial for the exceptional service and attention you have given myself and my practice in solving my call recording solution. It has been a month since implementing your product and I now realize I should have done this years ago. In fact I would say to my colleagues they are making a mistake if they delay any longer in doing the same as I have with you and your company.

My staff and I researched many different systems. Many were two and three times more expensive. Many were much too technically difficult to manage and understand in a medical/surgical setting. I needed a plug and play system that gave me an opportunity to monitor each and every call that came and went from the office. It also had to be a system that required only turning on the computer in the morning and it perform the task. Your system has answered all my needs. I can review calls as they are live in real time or I can listen to them days or weeks after they have occurred.

My patients and my staff have both benefited from your product. Quality control, customer service, and accountability have reached a new level in the office. I now am able to review conversations and also make my vendors and third party payers accountable for their actions. This protects not only my bottom line but also the financial risks of my patients. Again, I have no explanation as to why I had not implemented this sooner.

I would highly recommend your product to any business; big or small. The ease of purchase, installation and use has been incredible. I have been in business for over twenty years and your company and product rates at the top of my list in companies that have been a pleasure to work with and most importantly delivered what they promised.
