call-recorderWe need your input for our call recording software. We are in the midst of a slight redesign of one of our recording solutions, and we would love to hear from you…our customers and future customers! What do you wish a call recording software could fulfill or accomplish?

Does your current call recorder have some limitations? Do you wish it did a little bit more? Or something a bit different? If so, leave your comments below.

It can be as simple as…”I wish there was a big button I could push to listen and monitor all active calls”. Or as complex as “I wish I could monitor a call, see a snapshot of their PC screen and see what programs the agent has been spending most of their time on.”
