Installation consists of plugging the call recording card(s) into available PCI slots in your PC, connecting the necessary cables to your phone system, and installing and configuring the software. The PCI cards come in two sizes: 13.5 inch long full size cards, and 7 inch long, half sized cards. In select areas you can purchase through a Versadial VAR who can perform an onsite installation and more for you.
Expansion is easy. Install additional call recording cards to increase the number of lines you record. Simply add an extra hard drive or DVD-R to increase storage. See a step by step photo tutorial of a Versadial kit being installed.
